A SoftwArean is simply a Software leader (Arean), especially one who lives in this Area.  On earth, a SoftWarean might take on the form of a systems engineer, web developer, personal computer technician, network samurai,system administrator, or lowly technical support engineer.

It should come as no surprise that there are a number of talented SoftwAreans living and working right here in Eldorado and Santa Fe.  The mysterious owner of Starfinger Software is just the new kid on the block.  Thanks to the internet, SoftwAreans are no longer bound to live and work in cities, high tech corridors, or valleys made of silicon.  We are now free to act locally.

This is where we will provide links to select software adepts in "the area", as well as small consulting groups. At first the links will be public, and after a while some will become private and password-protected.
